Agnisar vs Corona


I strongly believe that Yog & Pranayam has all the essentials to stop the pandemics like Corona, if not cure them. Pranayam such as Agnisar & Kapalbhati is an excellent example of this. Agnisar most importantly is, I think becomes of utmost importance in such scenarios. As the name suggests, Agnisar creates immense amount of heat & energy in one's body which can nullify the effect of cold and flu in most of the cases (In fact, I have experienced it in my life and believe me, I am not joking about it.).



Now, one can ask how to do Agnisar???

Here, I just try to explain it in simple words.

Step 1: Sit on a comfortable Aasan such as padmasan vajrasan sukhasan etc.

Step 2: First take a simple breath

Step 3: Inhale normally.

Step 4: Stop the breath within your body.

Step 5: Exhale normally.

Step 6: Here comes the most important step. Stop the breath outside and flip your stomach in and out as many times as you can.

Step 7: After 10 to 15 times of this flipping, inhale slowly...And start breathing normally.

This becomes one round of your agnisar. You can repeat it after some normal breathing.

Now here are some important tips to remember.
1. Agnisar can be done only with emptied stomach (which means after 3 hours of heavy meals/ one and half hours of light snacks)

2. Inhalation and exhalation should be relaxed and not forceful.

3. Aasan (padmaaan, vajrasan sukhasan should be comfortable as per your body)

A small effort for mankind to fight against the Pandemics, viz. Corona...
