You would have heard about the holy rivers of Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati. But would have seen only the Ganga & Yamuna. On reaching this place, river Saraswati disappears. This place is near Manna village of Bhimpur in Uttarakhand ahead of Badrinath. This is where Vedvyasji wrote the Mahabharata, but in the noise of the flow of Saraswati river, Ganesha could not hear them. Therefore, Vedvyasji cursed the river and it disappeared inside the earth. It is interesting that here you can see the Saraswati disappearing...
